What is the number one prerequisite for success? Yes! It is a dream.

But what is a dream. Is that something you see when you’re asleep? No! This is not such a dream. This is where you’ll have to see while you’re awake. Think about it! Today’s planes can fly at a speed that is much more than the speed of sound. But still every plane, how so ever advanced could still be done in the basic principle that Wright brothers had used more than a hundred years ago, when it became the first plane that flew from truth.

Do you think it is easy for the Wright brothers? People laughed at them. They were not qualified engineers. But there was something that was really very important and that is the option of seeing a dream.

In 1961, when John F. Kennedy became the U.S. president, gave a dream. Americas will be on the moon before the end of the decade. And what was the outcome? In 1969, Neil Armstrong of the United States of americas was the first man to land on the moon. When JFK historical fact that the statement, the USSR was far ahead of U.S. in space technology. However, is the dream of a man who won.

India has always been a big country with diverse languages, culture and religion. Despite this fact rich India, this was also the weakest point that the British rulers of colonial exploitation. They work one of the most successful colonial strategy ever used in the world, “divide and conquer.” But there was a man called Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, who united the entire country and shook the power of the British Empire, with tools as simple as not - violence. Ultimately, the rule where the ’sun has never been used to establish “had to undergo a man with a dream.

Ok! Let’s not talk of these great people. Let’s talk about the chair that sits at the table your computer is in, or the computer itself, or the house they are living in all this must have been someone’s dream. Someone must have thought how the president will look like, what to do, what will be the upholstery, what will be the color, have car insurance, etc. This thought is nothing but a dream. And more, must have begun making it and that have given material form, as you see now and that is the realization of the dream.

You’re working in an organization owned by someone else. Whose dream is it? Is your dream or someone else? Of course! It is the dream of his head higher. That is why it earns more money than anyone else in the organization. That is why he lives in a better house, drives a better car, and takes his family on holiday to exotic locales. The question is simple. The person with a dream is successful. The person with a dream is the winner. The company is working for someone else’s dream? There is nothing wrong with it. But why not get your own dream?

Now, here nobody is asking him to quit your job. What I am simply asking that is a dream. You already have you, to make it big. Believe me. You were born with talents and gifts that make you unique. All you have to do is use them with fire and passion that comes from a dream. Even in those jobs that you are doing, it may be more successful than others and reach the top. However, it is possible if you use your talent, gives a sense of purpose and you feel passionately about the work you are doing. The opportunities do not exist at work, but the person is doing.

The passion comes when you feel intensely emotional and about something. It gives you positive energy, courage to overcome obstacles and motivation versus failures. Look around you and see that people who are successful have a passion for what they are doing and feel very emotional towards it. This why the dream should be something that emotionally will be complemented by a strong desire to achieve, and that will translate itself into passion.

Obsession is different from that passion. Obsession is born out of fear, greed and insecurity. People who are obsessed are the people who convert to work and suffer from stress, ignoring relations, and hardly live a life. These people are not successful, even if they accumulate a large amount of wealth. On the other hand, people with passion are positive. They do everything with a selfless sense of purpose. Obviously, when they work, they do so with love and a go-giving attitude. They enjoy good relations, are open-minded, enjoys good health and are truly a success.

Each of us has been endowed with the power to visualize and dream. But then why is it that only twenty percent of people in this world are a success. Why is that twenty percent of people in the world control eighty percent of their wealth?

This is because most of them out there do not have faith in your dreams. They are afraid of their dreams become reality and not by what we bury in the interior. They do jobs that do not like, are self-centered and are doomed to a life of mediocrity. They have never taught the principles of success, or have not learned them. Unfortunately, most schools should be the place to learn these principles are simply a place for the assimilation of facts and information.

The size of your success depends on the size of his dream. In turn will allow yourself to see a dream that is as big as their faith. It’s dream, along with their faith that gives you passion and motivation. Once you have these two, automatically attract the knowledge and wisdom that catapult him to success. However, there is no free lunch. Even if the resource is available free, you have to pay for his success with hard work, persistence and sacrifice. But the price you pay for success is much lower than the price you pay for failure. As Zig Ziglar, the great inspirational speaker and author says “You enjoy the price of success, you pay the price of failure.”
